George Zink, former ACT board member, friend and neighbor, died this past month. George gave generously of his time, energy, intelligence, carefulness with words, and love in support of this community—its land, people, and arts—during the decades he lived here following his retirement from teaching. His absence rings loudly in the woods he loved so well. You can listen here or below to a recording of his memorial service in the grove of the Wonalancet Union Chapel on July 26th, read a wonderful tribute to him here, and find his obituary here.
