Arts Council of Tamworth Benefit Auction

Arts Council of Tamworth invites you to join us for our 2015 Benefit Auction on Sunday, December 6 at Sunny Villa Restaurant in Ossipee, NH, with auctioneers Tom and Rob Troon. Live auction begins at 10:00 AM; breakfast and a silent auction start at 8:00 AM. Auction proceeds support arts education and arts events that are accessible to all, and this year also support the Tamworth’s 250th glass mosaic mural project. Sunny Villa will also donate 10 percent of brunch proceeds—thank you, Sunny Villa!

Come bid on thousands of dollars worth of unique and useful merchandise, gift certificates, services, lessons, passes to sporting events and museums, and more. Items to be auctioned include many wonderful gift items—greeting cards, hand-knit hats, CDs and DVDs, jewelry, soaps, specialty and local foods, gift baskets for families and cooks—and art: beautiful artworks from the collection of Stephen M. Spalding, a framed “Moose in Pond” series by Wild Light Images, and an antique print block from the fashion house of Bianchini, Ferier. Holiday shopping from a comfortable seat, while you eat! Check out the ever-growing list of auction items here. We will be accepting advance bids on a number of items, so you can bid even if you can’t be at the auction. If you would like to donate an auction item, please email artstamworth@gmail.com or call 603-323-0104.

Charity auctions are win, win, win. Businesses get exposure and connect to new customers, patrons can find bargains on special items or bid on goods and services they would buy anyway, and the nonprofit gets invaluable support for its work. Proceeds from this auction help support Arts Council of Tamworth's school- and community-wide artist residencies: arts enrichment for every kid at Brett, free creative workshops for community members of all ages, unique performances with Choose Your Own Ticket Prices, so the whole community wins. Please invite your friends!

Big thanks to Sunny Villa Restaurant for hosting us, and to Media Sponsors The Conway Daily Sun, The Mountain Ear, and 93.5 WMWV | Magic 104FM.
